Kally Carter – Featured Student of the Month!

Taylor Andrews would like to take a moment to highlight some of our outstanding students here at our schools. This month we would like to feature Kally Carter and some of the great things she has accomplished while at our school in Orem. Kally will graduate near the end of April, and has worked hard to gain experience through her time with Taylor Andrews.

Coming near the end of her formal cosmetology education, Kally has become well rounded with the various aspects of the industry. Even with this, after she graduates she plans on learning throughout her career to incorporate new styles and trends into her abilities. Taking what she gained thus far, Kally’s goal is to get into an assisting program or salon that has not only a fun, but professional environment.

Kally’s favorite part of cosmetology has become making people feel beautiful, whether that is through extensions, barbering, or anything else her clients require. With each client she works with, Kally takes the time to talk with them, getting to know more about them, especially on their first visit. In this way she makes each client feel important and relaxed, knowing they are in the best hands. This helps establish a long term relationship that will last beyond her time as a student.

Among other reasons, Kally chose Taylor Andrews in part because of the outstanding instructors and guest speakers that frequently come to our campuses to teach our students. Each of these individuals have taught her something important that she will take forward with the rest of her career.
