This
week, -think about your clients
who have not been back for some time. Access your computer database for an accurate list or just recall them
by memory. Send each one of those missing-in-action clients a
hand-written note telling them that you miss them and that you would like to
see them again. Offer them a
value-added service. Ask them to
call if they are having any challenges or if you can help in any way.
Remember
that 20% of your clients make up 80% of your business.
