 Today
and each day hereafter, I want you
to meet and greet every client in the following manner:

you approach your client,

 

Smile

This
is the gift of happiness. It puts
your client at ease if they are nervous.

 

Make
eye contact

Notice
their eye color. Eye contact means
trust, attention, and “I care.”

 

Touch

Give
a gentle handshake. A handshake is
professional and means “We’re bonding and we’re building a relationship.

 

Speak
their name

Use
the clients name often. It’s music
to their ears. Make sure to repeat
yours.

 

Compliment
them

Always
be positive. Be a good
finder. Compliment the obvious.
