 Today
and forever, master the
consultation–the most important part of client service. A thorough consultation is an essential
part of a professional service. A
personal consultation builds the clients confidence in you and keeps the
service from going in the wrong direction. Ultimately it gives you a powerful resource from which to
help your client create the outer image that they are striving for.

Keeping
their goals in mind ask them:

What do you like best about your hair?

2.
If you could change anything about your hair, what would it be?

3.
On a scale of 1-10,  0 being the
biggest change–what number are you?

4.
If I gave you the scissors and said, “Start cutting,” where
would you begin?

5.
When did you like your hair the most?

6.
What’s one word that best describes your personality?

7.
How much time are you willing spend on your hair?

 Always
be a servant leader.  Think.  Listen.  On the basis of their answers,  suggest ideas.
